RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION

Welcome back to Roland-Story Schools.  Please follow the steps below to register your student(s) for the 2023-2024 school year.

 

Step 1:  Electronically sign required permissions and update contact information through the PowerSchool Parent Access.  Works the best with Google Chrome.  This must be done every year, for every student.

Sign in to Powerschool with your parent account.  On the left side of the page there is a tab titled Forms. Click on this link and it will take you to a new page with four tabs at the top. Click the enrollment tab and the forms will be listed for you to register online. The forms are labeled for new and retuning students. Returning students do not need to fill out all forms.  

 

Step 2:  Payments can be made online using RevTrak.  This online payment system can be used to pay fees such as Registration, Lunch, and several other items. Click here for a complete list of 2023-2024 school fees.

 

Step 3:  Other required forms not completed through PowerSchool in Step 1

Fee Payment Form Form used for walk-in payment of fees

Athletic Physical Form (Required for 7-12 students who participate in athletics. Parents uploads to Bound.)

Bound Athletic Registration (Required for 7-12 students who participate in athletics.)

Healthy Kids Activity Form (Required for High School students only)

Vision Screening (Required for K and 3rd grade only)

Dental Screening (Required for K, 9th grade, and students transferring from another state only)

 

Step 4:  Additional forms below that may need to be filled out for your student(s).

Discretionary Busing Form Optional bus service offered to students who live within the city limits or attend preschool

Medication Permission Request for medications to be administered during the school day
